Photo Diary: Jacob Fitzgerald

Last week, Jacob Fitzgerald released his new single ‘Shame on You’. As I’ve come to expect from Jacob, this new song is an absolute earworm and I would appreciate it if he could stay out of my head. To celebrate the release of ‘Shame on You’, Jacob has put together a little bit of a photo diary of his last few years in music.

This was our first ever headline show. Managed to sell it out in under 12 hours. We were babies :')

I was regularly busking before the pandemic. If it wasn’t for the break, I would probably still be pursuing the Singer/Songwriter avenue of music.

A snap from the studio recording the first EP, "Whole & Broken". A record that people still seem to dig. Young JF would be stoked.

This photo of Alex "Rick" Walker being filmed for the 'Pretty Good for My Mind' music video always makes me smile. This was literally the second or third time we'd met him. He was thrown in headfirst to the band unit. Now he's the most loved member of the whole show HAHA!

There was a long time between our headline shows. This was taken at a sold out Stay Gold show in 2021. Big evolution in the sound.

A happy lil selfie after a long ass week in the studio. We capped off the upcoming EP with some of the biggest tunes we've ever written.

Boys on tour. Never been more thankful for my brothers.

The days of a timid show are gone. I HAVE to jump in with the crowd and boogie with them these days. It's a party.

Taken at one of my favourite shows ever. A packed room in Brisbane was a treat after a 12-hour slog in the van to get there. The crowd had the band and I sweating bullets up there - it was perfect.

A shot captured by Michelle Pitiris - legend. Perfectly captures the next era. It's gonna be a bit more... DARING.
